An integrated assembly for bottle detection, fill-level inspection, and automatic rejection of out-of-spec bottles.
Inspect
Check the bottle fill level
Decide
Evaluate the inspection result
Reject
Separate out-of-spec bottles
01 / SENSING
Find the bottle. Detect an arriving bottle and establish the inspection event at the defined sensing position.
02 / INSPECTION
Check the fill. Evaluate the fill level against application-specific acceptance criteria.
03 / REJECTION
Reverse-engineered CAD geometry to eliminate stress concentrations and improve durability. Drop-in replacement parts with enhanced performance.
A clear inspection point.
The sensing arrangement will be selected around the bottle material, product characteristics, and required fill-level condition. Define the target fill level and acceptable variation. Confirm compatibility with the container and liquid. Set the detection position and inspection window. Validate results using representative bottle samples.
The reject station is intended to separate identified bottles from the conveyor flow. Actuator selection, stroke, and recovery timing depend on the final line requirements. Match the mechanism to bottle size, weight, and stability. Coordinate rejection with bottle travel and spacing. Define the reject collection area and access. Review guarding and fault response during integration.
